McKena – Economics, Underwriting & Due Diligence
McKena leads our underwriting, market analysis, and due-diligence work. With a background in education, human resources, and formal training in data analytics, she brings precision, strategic thinking, and rigorous financial modeling to every project. Her core focus areas include economic analysis, deal underwriting, IC-ready narratives, and comprehensive feasibility assessments. She ensures that every investment we touch is grounded in data, sound assumptions, and a clear path to profitability.
Luke is our in-house General Contractor and leads all construction-related operations. His experience spans property maintenance, renovations, ground-up development, and managing short- and long-term rental assets. He oversees CapEx planning, construction execution, project scheduling, and physical due diligence. Luke brings practical operator experience that ensures every project is buildable, budgeted, and managed with discipline.
We operate as General Partners, co-sponsors, and development partners for select real estate projects. We combine economic insight with construction expertise to underwrite, structure, and execute complex deals. Our approach is hands-on, detail-oriented, and rooted in real-world operating experience.
